Miniature marshmallows
1 (2 layer) pkg. yellow cake mix (no pudding)
1 can cherry pie filling

Cover the bottom of a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan with mini marshmallows. Prepare cake according to package directions. Pour over marshmallows. Spoon the pie filling over batter. Bake 1 hour in 325 degree oven. When baked, pie filling goes to the bottom and the marshmallows melt and rise to the top and make a glaze. A variation would be to use a chocolate cake mix with the pie filling.
