MANHATTAN MEAT BALLS 
2 lbs. meat loaf mix (veal, beef, pork)
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. bread crumbs moistened with milk
2 tbsp. parsley
2 eggs

SAUCE:

1/2 c. barbeque sauce
10 oz. jar apricot preserves

Mix meat ball ingredients except butter. Form into small balls and saute in the butter. Mix preserves and barbeque sauce and pour over meat balls. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
