1 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. whipping cream

Combine in top of double boiler, flour and sugar. Stir in beaten egg, add juices. Stir while cooking in double boiler until mixture thickens. Chill; then whip cream and add to juice mixture.
