1 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 sticks butter 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1ST LAYER: 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 c. sugar 1 c. Cool Whip (from 9.3 oz. tub) 2ND LAYER: 2 boxes pistachio instant pudding (4 c.) 3RD LAYER: Remainder of Cool Whip from tub mixed with 1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix butter, flour, and nuts until crumbly; pat in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees and let cool. Mix and spread 1st layer on cool crust. Add 2nd layer. Add 3rd layer. Must be refrigerated. Lemon and chocolate are delicious also. |
