MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs

Mix above with mixer. Add 1 can mandarin oranges (juice too). Hand mix to the above ingredients (by hand to prevent oranges from breaking). Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until done. Cool.

Mix by hand:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice & all)
1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding or instant pie filling
1 lg. size Cool Whip

Spread on cool cake. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
