1 pkg. Lemon Supreme Deluxe II cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. Crisco cooking oil
1 (10 oz.) bottle 7-Up

Mix all together. Put in 3 pans. Bake at 350 degrees until done.

FILLING:

1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 tbsp. self-rising flour
1 can crushed pineapple

Mix and cook slow on low heat until it gets thick. Take off heat and add 1 small can coconut (or 1 1/2 cups). Spread between layers and on top of cake. Delicious!
