1 box lemon supreme cake mix
1 box pineapple instant pudding mix (or lemon)
4 eggs
3/4 c. Crisco oil or butter
10 oz. 7-Up

Mix cake mix and pudding mix together. Beat eggs, then add to mixture. Add oil. Fold in 7-Up. Bake at 350 degrees in 3 pans for 30-35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can flaked coconut
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
2 whole eggs

Mix all ingredients together. Cook on medium heat until thick. Stir while cooking. It will look like pudding. Let cake and frosting cool before putting frosting on cake.
