MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box butter cake mix
3/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
11 oz. can mandarin oranges (juice and all)

Mix together in large bowl by hand. Pour into 3 greased and floured cake pans and bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.

FILLING:

1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, juice and all
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Mix together and fill between layers, on top and sides.
