1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. marshmallow creme
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tsp. chopped ginger or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Gradually add the mayonnaise to the marshmallow creme, mixing until well blended. Stir in orange rind and ginger. Chill.

Serve as a dip with chunks of fresh fruits - such as pineapple, whole strawberries, cantaloupe or other melon, etc. Also use a dollop on top of a dish of fruit salad. Either way make a nice summer dessert with a glass of your favorite champagne or other after dinner wine.
