MALLOW TOPPED SWEET POTATOES 
2 15 oz. cans sweet potatoes drained
1/4 c. butter melted
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 c. jet puffed marshmallows

Mix all ingredients except marshmallows in a lightly greased baking dish; blend well. Top with marshmallows.

Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until sweet potatoes are hot and marshmallows are lightly browned.
