GELATIN CUBES (FINGER FOOD) 
4 pkgs. unflavored gelatin
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. flavored gelatin
3 c. boiling water
1/2 pt. light cream

Dissolve gelatin in water. Pour mixture into 9"x9" or 7"x11" pan. Immediately pour light cream over gelatin. Mix and stir (looks curdly). Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Cut into cubes.

My mother's version: chill the gelatin until slightly set, than pour the cream on top and finish the chill...delicious.
