2 1/2 c. rhubarb, chopped
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter
3 egg yolks

Combine above ingredients and put in 2 prepared pie crusts. Bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
