CRUNCHY BROCCOLI SALAD 
Salad:

2 heads red leaf lettuce
2 heads broccoli, florets only
4 green onions, chopped

Crunchies:

1 pkg. Ramen noodles
1 c. pecans
4 tbsp. butter

Brown noodles and pecans in butter.

Dressing:

1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Combine dressing ingredients and toss with salad and crunchies.
