12 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter
12 1/2 oz. Crispix cereal
Powdered sugar

Melt first 3 items together. Pour over cereal. Mix to coat. Into a clean grocery bag, pour some powdered sugar (enough to cover the bottom). Pour the coated cereal into the bag. Close bag and shake to cover cereal. Add more powdered sugar as needed to cover the cereal.
