COCONUT CAKE 
1 pkg. (2 layer size) yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (4 serving) Jello brand instant pudding
1 1/3 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
2 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

1. Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large bowl.

2. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer 4 minutes.

3. Stir in coconut and nuts.

4. Pour into 3 greased and floured pans or one 9x13 inch pan.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
