BROCCOLI SQUARES 
10 oz. (1 box) broccoli, chopped (frozen)
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
4 eggs
14 oz. (2 pkg.) cornbread mix
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 medium onion, chopped
4 oz. (1 can) green chilies, chopped

Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain.

With blender or electric mixer, beat cottage cheese until smooth. Beat in butter and eggs. Stir in cornbread mixes. Add cooked broccoli, cheese, onion and green chilies. Mix completely. Pour into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.

Bake at 375°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until bread tastes done. Cut into squares and serve hot or warm.
