CHILE MAC 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped fine
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 (2 1/2 size) can tomatoes
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
2 bay leaves
Salt and pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1 lb. elbow macaroni
1 can chili beans

Brown meat lightly, saute onion and bell pepper. Add garlic, bay leaves and salt and pepper, chili powder and tomatoes. Simmer 30 minutes. Add beans. Cook macaroni separately and add to chili mixture just before serving. If you need more juice, add tomato sauce or tomato juice and season accordingly.
