1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
3/4 c. of oil
Dash of salt

Beat first 4 ingredients until creamy. Add oil slowly. Chill. Stir well before using.
