FRUIT SALAD DRESSING 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. fresh orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 c. sour cream

In a heavy saucepan, mix together eggs, sugar, and orange juice. Cook over medium heat stirring until thickened. Blend in lemon juice and orange and lemon rind. Cool. Gently fold in sour cream. Cover and chill sauce and serve over fruit salads. Approximately 3 cups.
