FRUIT SALAD DRESSING 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. canned pineapple juice
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. orange juice
1 c. cream whipped or large container Cool Whip

Beat eggs until light then combine with flour and sugar. Add fruit juices and cook in double boiler stirring constantly until thick. Chill and fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip. I serve this on the side of a fruit bowl so each person can add amount of dressing desired. Fruit bowl - apple, bananas, melons, grapes, mandarin oranges, cherries, etc.
