HUMMUS 
4 c. cooked chick peas
2 lg. garlic cloves, minced
1/2 c. tahini
1/2 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp. sea salt
Mint leaves for garnish

Puree first five ingredients in blender, adding water or chick pea cooking water until mixture is thick and smooth. Adjust salt to your taste. Garnish with mint leaves and serve with Pita Bread.
