FINNISH FISH BALLS 
1 lb. ground orange roughy
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 full roll soda crackers, crumbled
2 tbsp. grated onions
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Oil for deep frying

Mix all ingredients together and form balls about the size of a walnut. Heat oil, deep fat fry or pan fry (turning once when they are halfway done), until they are golden brown.

Do not have grease too hot or center will stay cold.
