CHEDDAR CHEESE POTATOES 
4 - 6 med. potatoes, sliced with skins on
1 med. onion, sliced
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In ungreased 13 x 9 inch glass pan, layer sliced potatoes and onion. Drizzle with melted butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional). Sprinkle cheese evenly over potatoes. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until tender. Serves 4 to 6.
