CHEDDAR CHEESE POTATOES 
4 med. potatoes, sliced and peeled
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sharp grated cheese
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sharp grated cheese
Dash paprika

Boil potatoes until tender. Cook cheese and butter until melts. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream and onions. Fold in your sliced potatoes. Pour into greased 2 quart dish. Top with grated cheese and paprika. Bakes at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
