CHEDDAR CHEESE POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes
2 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. onion, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Pr eheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil potatoes till tender. Drain and cool slightly. Peel and shred into a bowl. Butter 8 inch baking dish. Cook cheese and butter over low heat and add sour cream and onion. Season with salt and pepper, fold in potatoes. Pour into dish, sprinkle with paprika and bake for 30 minutes.
