3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. crushed pineapple with juice
2 c. diced bananas
1 c. nuts

Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl thoroughly. Add oil, eggs, vanilla and pineapple with juice. Mix well. Blend in bananas and nuts. Pour into 10 inch greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake 80 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn onto cooling rack as soon as it comes out of the oven.
