3 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
2 c. diced bananas, about 4 ripe
3 whole eggs

Measure dry ingredients and sift them together. Dice bananas, measure and add to dry ingredients along with oil, vanilla, and eggs and crushed pineapple with juice. The mixture is stirred to blend but not beaten. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour in greased tube pan.
