3 c. self-rising flour
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced bananas
3 eggs

Sift together dry ingredients. Add pineapple and juice, cooking oil, vanilla, eggs and bananas. Mix until blended. Pour into greased and floured 8" tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes.
