3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. finely diced bananas
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Sift together the dry ingredients. Add pineapple, oil, vanilla, eggs and bananas. Mix well until blended but Do Not Beat. Pour into greased 8 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool in pan on rack. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
