POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. sack of OreIda hash browns, thawed
1 carton sour cream (1 pt.)
1/2 c. chopped onion (dry okay but use less)
8 to 10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper
1 stick butter, melted

Combine all in greased 9 x 13 inch casserole. Then sprinkle on top a mixture of:

1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
3/4 stick butter, melted

Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour uncovered.
