POTATOES AU GRATIN CASSEROLE DELUXE | |
2 lb. frozen hash browns, slightly thawed 1 c. butter, melted 1 pt. cultured sour cream 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. chopped onions, or less 1 tsp. salt 2 c. crushed corn flakes Combine slightly thawed hash browns and 1/2 cup melted butter. Combine 1 can cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onions, salt, pepper and Cheddar cheese. Mix into potatoes. Put into 9 x 15 pan. Top with crushed corn flakes and melted butter that have been mixed together. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 10 to 15. Can be made ahead. |
