MELT AWAYS 
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter
1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, beaten
1 c. coconut
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine butter and chocolate in saucepan; warm over low heat until melted. Blend in sugar. Add vanilla, egg, coconut, crumbs, and nuts. Press into ungreased 9 inch square baking pan. Chill 35 to 40 minutes. 2 c. sifted powdered sugar 1 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Cream butter until light. Gradually add sugar, milk, and vanilla; mix until smooth. Spread on chilled layer. Chill 35 minutes. 1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Melt chocolate in small bowl over hot water. Quickly spread on chilled frosting layer.
