1/2 lb. butter, softened
1/3 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. cornstarch
1 c. flour

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat butter; add cornstarch, flour, sugar and beat until creamy. Drop from teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet in very small portions. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. DO NOT ALLOW TO BROWN! Frost when cool with the above frosting.
