CHOCOLATE CHEESE PIE 
Graham cracker pie shell
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
3 (1 oz.) sq. semi sweet chocolate melted and cooled
Whipped cream
Shredded chocolate

Prepare shell; chill. In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until well blended. At low speed beat in eggs, one at a time, until smooth. Beat in chocolate. Spread evenly in shell.

Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 15 minutes. Turn off heat. Let pie stand in oven for 10 minutes longer or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Cool then chill.

To serve, garnish with dollops of whip cream, topping each with shredded chocolate.

Serve 8 to 10.
