NORWEIGAN CRACKERS 
4 c. quick oats
1 c. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. baking soda (in buttermilk)
2 tsp. baking powder
Salt
2 c. flour (or enough for soft dough)

Recipe right from Norway! Then work more in on board as you roll them very thin. Cut with large round cutter. Bake 350 to 375 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes.
