QUINOA OAT BRAN CRACKERS 
1 1/2 c. white flour
1/2 c. Oat Bran
1 c. malted barley
1/2 c. quinoa flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. powdered milk
2 tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. salt
Enough warm water to make a nice moist dough, approx. 1/2 c.

Mix shortening into all dry ingredients until it's like corn meal. Add water and stir well. Knead on floured board for 5 minutes. Cut into 4 equal parts, roll out thin and cut into desired shape. Bake at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes or until nice and brown. Cool. Store in airtight container.
