CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
Crust of your choice
2 lg. eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 tsp. almond extract
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 c. sour cream
1 (16 or 17 oz.) can dark sweet cherries

Beat eggs, sugar, melted chocolate, and cream cheese until very smooth. Stir in the sour cream. Pour into desired crust of your choice. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until edge is set and dull in color. Center should still be glossy. Cool completely. Remove rim from pan. Drain cherries. Arrange over top of the cheesecake. Chill. Serves 10-12.
