SALISBURY STEAKS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper

Combine ground beef, salt, pepper and 1/4 can of cream of mushroom soup. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On a cookie sheet make oval shape patties. Bake for 45 minutes. Combine 1 can of water and remaining 3/4 can of soup. Put steaks in smaller oven proof bowl and pour sauce made from remaining soup over steaks. Bake for 30 minutes.
