CORN AND SPINACH 
1/4 c. onion
1 can cream corn
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. spinach
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Fry onions in 2 tablespoons butter. Combine corn, spinach, vinegar, salt and pepper. Put into a shallow baking dish. Combine bread crumbs with 2 tablespoons melted butter, sprinkle over the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
