CUSTARD MINCE PIE | |
1 unbaked pie crust 1 c. mince meat 1 c. milk 1/2 c. sugar 2 lg. eggs 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. vanilla Spread 1 full cup mincemeat in the unbaked pie shell. Mix milk, sugar, eggs, flour, and vanilla in blender for 30 seconds. Pour over mincemeat. Bake until golden in 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes. |
