1 lb. mince meat
2 c. diced apple
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind

Heat ingredients thoroughly. Turn into pan lined with pie crust. Add top crust and seal. Bake 30-35 minutes at 425 degrees.
