MINCE MEAT PIE 
Your favorite 2-crust 9 inch pie
3 c. mince meat (packaged or bottled)
1 c. apples, chopped
1/2 c. any jelly or jam
1 to 2 tbsp. brandy

Combine ingredients and bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until nicely brown.
