SHRIMP MOLD II 
2 lbs. boiled shrimp, chopped
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
Dash Tabasco
Shake parsley
1 tsp. salt
2 env. gelatin, diluted to directions

Melt gelatin. Combine all ingredients except shrimp and whip. Add chopped shrimp. Pour in mold and refrigerate until firm. Enjoy! Serves 10.
