FREDDIE'S SHRIMP MOLD | |
1 1/2 lbs. cut-up cooked shrimp 1 envelope Knox gelatin 1 can condensed tomato soup 1/2 c. cut-up celery 1/2 c. cut-up onions 1 c. mayonnaise Salt and pepper to taste Dash of bitters or Worcestershire sauce 1 lg. cream cheese, softened Dissolve gelatin in scant 1/2 cup water. Heat tomato soup and add gelatin and cream cheese. Mix in shrimp, mayonnaise, onion, celery. Add bitters, salt and pepper. Put in mold. Best made day ahead. Unmold and serve with crackers. |
