LEMON CHEESECAKE PIE IN A HURRY 
1 graham cracker crust
2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. instant Jello pudding

Mix cream cheese until very soft, blending in 1/2 cup milk. Add remaining milk and the instant pudding mix. Beat slowly with a beater just until well mixed. Do not overbeat. Pour at once into graham cracker crust. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs lightly over top. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
