8 pkg. Twinkies (singles)
6 eggs, separated
1 pt. whipping cream
2 c. chocolate chips
5 tbsp. sugar
5 tbsp. water

Melt chocolate chips with sugar and water. Remove from heat and add 1 egg yolk at a time.

Beat egg whites and fold into chocolate mixture. Beat 1 pint whipping cream with 1 tablespoons sugar.

Pour chocolate mixture over Twinkies and whipping cream over chocolate mixture. Very rich.
