YUMMY SPINACH DIP 
For big family events, I usually make a double batch of this. It is very yummy!

1 pkg. Lipton (or Knorr) dry vegetable soup mix
3 green onions, chopped
1 (8 oz canned chopped water chestnuts, drained
8 oz. dairy sour cream
8 oz. mayonnaise
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, defrosted and drained
2 tsp. Nature's seasoning
2 tsp. Mrs Dash seasoning

Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Put into a hollowed out loaf of pumpernickel bread and serve with crackers or torn up bits of the inside of the pumpernickel bread.
