BREAST OF CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
12 oz. frozen broccoli

Cook chicken breasts (skin and debone). Lay in 9x13 inch pan. Lay frozen broccoli over chicken. Mix soup and milk; pour over chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 350 degrees until bubbly. Pop under broiler until brown. Serve with salad and noodles or rice.
