CHICKEN BREAST CASSEROLE 
12 chicken breasts, salted
1 stick butter
2 cans mushroom soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. toasted almonds

Melt butter in large casserole dish, place chicken in dish, breast side down and cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn and cook 30 minutes longer. Turn again and cover with soup and sour cream sauce and top with nuts. Cook 30 minutes longer. Great for serving a large group. Can be fixed ahead of time and then add soup and sour cream sauce and cook the last 30 minutes.
