CHICKEN BREAST CASSEROLE 
4 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned

Place chicken in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan.

Place cheese on top of each breast. Pour over this, 1/4 cup white wine with 1 can cream of chicken soup. Crumble 1 cup herb stuffing mix and sprinkle over chicken with soup mixture. Melt 1/4 cup butter and drizzle over this. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour and 15 minutes.
